General terms and conditions for night deliveries

Fixed daily pick-up and minimum five night shipments per pick-up.
Pick-up in time for shipments to arrive at the outgoing night terminal by 23:30.
Data exchange via EDI (Danske Fragtmænd WebFragt or Consignor from EDIsoft).
The “master data sheet” delivery description is issued at all night delivery points as an instruction to the driver.
Access to buildings via a key box system/code (no loose customer keys).
Access conditions so that delivery can be made with an 18-pallet trailer.
No deliveries to private addresses at night, including building sites in holiday home areas and allotments.
The shipment must be able to be handled/delivered by a single-man lorry equipped with a lift and a lifting truck.
No receipt from the recipient, but a delivery scan with PDA at the place of delivery.
Geo Track registration at the LEV scan position.
No exchange pallet scheme is offered in the night distribution concept.
Shipments picked up on Friday are delivered on Sunday night.
