Three New Profiles Strengthen the Board of Fragtmænd Holding

At the general meeting on April 26, it was decided to add new skills and perspectives to Fragtmænd Holding through a restructured board. Hanne Blume, Group HR Director at DLG, and Lizette Kjellerup, CFO at Halberg A/S, join as new external members. At the same time, Sven Buhrkall, already a member of the board of the operating company Danske Fragtmænd A/S, will now also join the board of the holding company.

It was also decided that moving forward, the boards of Fragtmænd Holding and Danske Fragtmænd A/S will have identical members. This is intended to ensure stronger strategic cohesion and closer collaboration across the companies.

The inclusion of external members marks a new chapter in the history of Fragtmænd Holding and represents an important step towards greater professionalization. The new members bring experience and insights from other industries and sectors, which will help strengthen the company's ability to develop in an ever-changing industry.

In connection with the new appointments, two of the company’s long-standing board members will step down. Danske Fragtmænd would like to thank Lars Biilmann and Poul-Erik Jessen for their dedicated efforts and significant contributions over the years. Their work has been crucial to the company's development and stability.
