Prepare for the spring

Delivery requirements and conditions

Standard Delivery: Our standard delivery includes delivery to the curb or as close to the front door as possible. Due to the weight and size of many spring products, there may be limitations on the use of pallet jacks.

Optimal Surface: For a successful delivery, it is crucial that the delivery location has a surface that can support the weight of heavy materials such as soil and gravel. We place great emphasis on protecting our recipients' surfaces and therefore ensure that all precautions are taken to avoid damage.

Special delivery: For delivery directly to a garden or further onto a property, special equipment such as a truck or crane may be required. Please note that delivery with a crane or truck is not included in our standard agreement and is therefore an additional service. These services are available upon request and will require extra planning. You may read more here about what we can offer.

Deliveries to allotment gardens: For deliveries to allotment gardens, the standard procedure is delivery to the common parking area to avoid issues with access roads. Unfortunately, our trucks are not able to maneuver through the narrow paths to individual gardens.

Receipt-Free Delivery: To avoid delays and unnecessary return deliveries, it would be highly beneficial to specify on the waybill if the goods may be left without a receipt. However, it is important to note that in such cases, this will be at the sender’s own risk and responsibility.
