New Feature in WebFragt – Notifications for Your Recipients

We have great news for you if you use WebFragt to book your shipments. Your recipients can now automatically receive updates on their shipment via SMS or email throughout the entire delivery process. This means you can easily keep them informed from pickup to delivery – without any hassle for you.

Notifications for Your Recipients – Overview of Options
As the sender, you can decide how much information your recipients will receive regarding their shipment. We offer different levels of notifications depending on whether the recipient is a private individual or a business customer.

Getting Started
If you need help activating notifications, feel free to contact our customer service or follow the guide below:

  1. Check the box for the desired service and make sure to fill in the recipient's phone number and/or email address.
  2. Unless otherwise agreed, SMS and email notifications apply only to private deliveries. Therefore, you must select ‘Private Delivery’ before the service can take effect.
  3. Please note that SMS and email notifications need to be activated every time you create a new shipment and waybill.
