Ordering inside delivery and delivery without signature
From January 1, 2025, it will no longer be possible to order inside delivery and delivery without a signature by specifying it in the 'Delivery remarks' field. Going forward, you must select the desired service by ticking it off in your booking system. You can find an example of how this might look in the image below.
The 'Delivery remarks' field should only be used to provide relevant information, such as precise package locations or other specific instructions. Many of you are already correctly selecting our services when booking shipments, and in that case, you don't need to change anything.
If you do not yet have the option to select the desired services as shown in the image, you should contact your provider to have them integrated into your system.
