Adjustment of Energy Surcharge
4 March 2026
The war in the Middle East has created significant uncertainty about the global supply of oil and gas. As a result, prices for crude oil and energy have risen sharply within a very short period of time. This has led to a substantial increase in our fuel costs at a level and pace that significantly exceeds what the current energy surcharge covers.
To ensure responsible management of the increased energy costs, we will adjust the energy surcharge to 31.2 percent effective from 5 March.
We are closely monitoring developments in the energy market and review the energy surcharge on a weekly basis to ensure that it reflects the current costs.
