Congratulations to the recipients of this year's employee grants

It is our employees who have nominated their colleagues, whom they believe represent the unique ‘True Blue’ spirit and deserve a special recognition for their efforts. A committee reviewed all the nominations and selected the three recipients. Once again, we awarded grants in the three categories: Colleague of the Year, Manager of the Year, and Driver of the Year.

Colleague of the year: Kim Frier Leth

The recipient of the Colleague of the Year award is our Work Environment Coordinator and Claims Handler, Kim Frier Leth. His colleagues nominated him for his ability to always greet them with a smile and a helpful attitude. His problem-solving skills and willingness to assist others enable his colleagues to work more efficiently and confidently.

Kim has a special talent for spreading joy and a sense of community among his colleagues—especially when it comes to celebrating birthdays and anniversaries. His efforts to ensure a positive work environment and his willingness to help others are invaluable.

Manager of the year: Kristian Simmelsgaard Kristensen

The recipient of the Manager of the Year award is our Team Leader in Billund, Kristian Simmelsgaard Kristensen. His colleagues emphasized his ability to find solutions no matter the circumstances. Whether the team faces unforeseen problems, illness, or holidays, Kristian ensures that things run smoothly. His ability to stay on top of things and get things done is truly impressive.

However, it's not just Kristian's professional skills that make him Manager of the Year. What really sets him apart is his genuine concern for his team. He is always there to listen and help, whether it's work-related or personal challenges.

Kristian's constant good mood, his ability to make his colleagues smile and his strong emotional intelligence make him an invaluable manager.

Driver of the year

The recipient of the Driver of the Year award is from J. Nørgaard Petersen A/S. His colleagues nominated him for the award because of his contagious smile, which is appreciated by both his colleagues and the customers he visits on his route. He is always reliable, hardworking, and cheerful, making him an exceptional driver.
