Dear Customer, We hope you have had a good six months at your business and you can now look forward to a well-deserved summer holiday. We would like to wish you a very happy holiday and take this opportunity to remind you of the notification options we offer to make your customers’ experience with you and Danske Fragtmænd even better.

Are you closed for the summer holidays?
With the summer holidays fast approaching, we encourage you to inform your local carrier as soon as possible if you will be closed for the summer. If you do not inform us of a holiday closure, we will bring the goods to you as usual. If you or one of your customers is closed for the holidays, we will record the shipment as an attempted delivery and take it back to the freight terminal. We then store the goods for five working days before we return them. If you know in advance that your recipients are closed, we recommend that you wait until they are back again before sending the goods.

Notification of delivery
We offer a range of notification options so your recipients can follow the delivery process. The notifications ensure that your customers are always up to date and can plan the receipt of their goods in the best possible way. In the photo below, you can see the notification packages we offer.
