Overall, Danske Fragtmænd consists of the two legal entities Fragtmænd Holding A/S and Danske Fragtmænd A/S and the latter’s affiliate and subsidiary. Danske Fragtmænd is owned by 40 independent carrier businesses, which together make up a nationwide carrier system.
