New Track & Trace solution

On the 10th of September, the old Track and Trace will be replaced by a new, improved and more secure Track & Trace solution. Our many Webfragt users have used the new solution the past year and the feedback is positive. It is therefore a great joy that we now can offer all our customers the new Track & Trace solution.

Our new Track & Trace provides enhanced data security, richer information about your shipments and the possibility to receive updates via e-mail. However, before you can benefit from the new possibilities, it is important that any IT integration to the old Track & Trace is replaced. In case you send Track & Trace links to your customers you also need to make sure, the links point to the new Track & Trace solution.

We recommend the following:

  1. In case you use Consignor without any extra integrations, you just need to update to the latest version of Consignor to get access to the new version of Track & Trace.
  2. In case you send Track & Trace links to your recipients/customers, please be aware that you need to update your links to point to the new solution. To find the new links and get further information, please click here.
  3. In case you use your own systems to book shipments, we recommend that you use Webfragt to get an overview of all your shipments incl. Track & Trace and prices. You can use Webfragt even though your shipments are not booked via Webfragt. Please consult the guide here.
  4. In case you need a more advanced way of generating links to Track & Trace, it is possible to integrate to Danske Fragtmænd’s API. Please consult the guide here.

You can already start using the new Track & Trace today. But please be aware that the old Track & Trace will be replaces on the 10th of September.
