New features in Track & Trace are now ready

In response to our customers’ wishes and requirements, we have made a number of improvements to our Track & Trace solution. They have now been implemented, and we have outlined the changes we have made below.

Carriage forward consignments
The consignor and the consignee can now follow their carriage forward consignments.

Shortage and breakage reports
If your goods have been damaged or you have reported the consignment missing, this information will appear in Track & Trace.

History
In the history, you can see all changes made in your consignment note.

Settlement flow
Corrections made in the invoicing of your consignment have now been made available.

Invoice number
When the consignment note has been invoiced, you can see the invoice number in Track & Trace.
