Management training programme off to a good start

In Danske Fragtmænd, we have a tradition for recruiting our managers internally, if possible. With ongoing professional and personal development, we want to provide career opportunities for those who show will and passion.
In order to ensure a joint foundation for good management, we have recently launched an internal management training programme which all our managers must take. The aim is make our managers as well equipped as possible and to provide them with the right knowledge and tools necessary for becoming good managers.
By working systematically and strategically with training and development of managers, we ensure that we are able to keep up with the company’s rapid organisational development, but also that we have the ability to be able to spot passionate and committed employees who have the potential to become the next manager in line.
