Fantastic result in Danske Fragtmænd’s customer survey

In September 2022, we conducted a customer survey at Danske Fragtmænd, and the results were mostly excellent. 93.9% of the participating customers answered that they were satisfied or very satisfied with the collaboration with Danske Fragtmænd.
The survey involved 966 customers, divided into small, medium and large customers. Furthermore, companies were widely represented geographically and by sector, and this distribution ensures a good representativity among Danske Fragtmænd’s customers. Sales Director Maria B. Rosenbæk, who is relatively new to the job, is impressed with the response rate.
“We have received far more feedback than I had dared to hope for. It is very clear that our customers are happy with the collaboration with Danske Fragtmænd, and almost 60% of those surveyed have actually been customers with us for more than 10 years. I find it impressive that Danske Fragtmænd has so many long-standing customer relationships.”
The number of comments in the survey also clearly shows that customers are committed to Danske Fragtmænd’s development. Many customers have taken the time to fill in detailed comments on the questions, giving a clearer insight into where the optimisation opportunities lie.
“We have received many comments, and it has taken a lot of time and resources to go through everything. However, the feedback we have received is worth its weight in gold for Danske Fragtmænd. We now know exactly where we can make improvements, and we are already in full swing and looking forward to presenting what we have in the pipeline to customers,” Sales Director Maria B. Rosenbæk concludes.
Danske Fragtmænd will conduct a customer survey every year in the future.
