Danske Fragtmænd will award three annual employee grants

Danske Fragtmænd is carried by highly committed and skilled employees. We have also always believed that there is a very special 'True Blue' spirit among our employees - and we would like to honour that. Therefore, going forward, we will award three annual grants to honour those who make an extra 'True Blue' effort every day for the company and their colleagues.
Our employees themselves help to nominate their colleagues, and we award the grants under three headings: Colleague of the Year, Manager of the Year and Driver of the Year. When our employees nominate their colleagues, they must motivate why their particular colleague, manager or driver colleague deserves a grant. This can be of a professional or social nature. Anyone in our organisation can be nominated for the grants. This means that it includes all our freighters' employees.
A committee consisting of CEO Jørn P. Skov, HR Operations Manager Hennie T. Pedersen, Sales Director Maria B. Rosenbæk and Marketing and Communications Manager Henriette K. Hansen will assess and choose who will receive the three scholarships. In addition to the honour, each grant also includes the sum of DKK 10,000. The first award ceremony will take place at our grand company party, Fragtfesten 2023, on 10 June.
Through this initiative, we look forward to putting more focus on and honouring those who really stand out.
