Curbside Delivery

As a standard, we deliver big bags and pallets curbside or on the sidewalk using a pallet jack, provided there is a solid surface as paving stones or asphalt.

Please not that the pallet jack used for curbside delivery cannot access high curbs.

There must be a smooth transition from the road to the sidewalk. You may request delivery into your driveway if it has a paved or asphalt surface. However, this is at the driver’s discretion, as we are only obligated to place the goods at the curb. Delivery cannot be made on gravel, grass, soil, granite, chippings, or similar surfaces, as the pallet jack cannot operate on these.
