Delivery

We deliver 95 percent of our customers’ shipments the next business day. However, during peak periods, you may experience slightly longer delivery times.

For a fee, you can request a re-delivery to you address by contacting our customer service at kundeservice@fragt.dk. You can also collect your shipment from our terminal. You can find the location and address here. Please note that we are only allowed to deliver shipments without a signature if the sender has approved it and noted it on the consignment note.

You can track your shipment using the consignment note number via our Track & Trace service.

We do not deliver directly to garden allotments. As a standard, deliveries to allotment associations are made only to the shared parking area. The access roads within allotments are often not suitable for our trucks, so er are unable to deliver directly to individual plots.

Please note that our drivers are not required to call before delivery, as this is not included in our agreement with the senders.

Access roads to the delivery locations must be clear of obstacles and have a minimum clearande hight and width of four meters, with no overhanging branches or trees. For safety reasons, our drivers will not reverse over long distances, so there must be enough space to turn the vehicle around. If these conditions are not met, the driver will deliver the shipment to the nearest suitable location.
